For orders up to 20,000 AMD within Yerevan, the delivery fee is 1,000 AMD. For orders over 20,000 AMD, delivery is free. For deliveries to regions outside Yerevan, the cost is 1,000 AMD, regardless of the order amount.

You can place an order at any time of the day. Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the following day. For regional deliveries, the delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days.

We only deliver within Armenia. However, you can place an order from abroad, and it will be delivered within Armenia.

You can make payments using one of the following methods:

• Cash on delivery: Pay the delivery person in cash when your order arrives.

• Online payment via Idram: Make a payment through the Idram system when placing your order.

• Online payment via bank card: Pay using your preferred bank card at the time of order placement.



Yes, we also offer gift cards. You can purchase a gift card either in our stores or online. Gift cards start from 5,000 AMD and can be loaded with any amount you choose. Gift cards are valid indefinitely, and you can use them at any time.

You can check the balance of your gift card by visiting any of our stores. Our staff will verify and inform you of the remaining balance. Additionally, you can check the balance online by entering your card details, or by calling our online operator at 011 888 000 (1).
